I've been in the industry since 1992 and focused on investment research since 1998. Currently a senior portfolio manager using an unconstrained approach to North America small cap investing. From late 2008 to June of 2022, I was a lead fund manager for the $2b plus Aberdeen U.S. Small Cap strategy with better performance and lower risk than peers. Previous experience helping manage products across most sizes, styles, long and short, and sector-specific including one of the lead managers for a top rated Natural Resources fund. Over the past seven years, I have been a board director for a not-for-profit organization while also the Chair of the fiscal committee and soon to be Treasurer.
