Jarrad Krulick is a Managing Director and the Head of Finance, Tax and Operations at Siguler Guff. Mr. Krulick manages the Firm’s internal finance and operations functions and is actively involved in strategic development and implementing new business initiatives. In addition, Mr. Krulick oversees the U.S. and international tax compliance and reporting for the Firm's funds and management companies. He is actively involved in tax planning, due diligence and structuring for the Firm's investments, and oversees all tax-related communications with existing and prospective investors.
