James joined Rathbones in November 2021 as an investment manager. He joined the industry in 2014 and previously worked at Smith & Williamson. He is a Chartered Wealth Manager as well as CFA chartership holder. James is experienced in dealing with private clients, trusts and charites. James has previous experience working as a research analyst, specialising on Transport and Media companies as well as UK collectives. Prior to his career he studied Economics at the University of Nottingham, achieving a first class degree.
