Mr. Nowicki joined the firm in December, 2010, after retiring as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the City of Elgin, Illinois, as well as the Treasurer for the Village of South Barrington, Illinois. As a municipal finance official, he understands public pensions and has served as the city’s appointee on many Boards, including the Elgin Fire Pension Fund. Prior to working in Elgin, Mr. Nowicki was the Finance Director and Treasurer for the City of Moline and prior to that was the Finance Director for the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District.
