Jim Pavlik joined Baird Capital's Venture Capital team in 2003 currently oversees the firm’s investments in Appdetex, Datica, Forj, Hireology, NowSecure, OncoHealth, Strata Oncology, Upfront Healthcare, Vodori and Zaloni. He was also actively involved with the firm's prior investments in Cielo, Coalfire, emids, InsideTrack, Montage and PayChoice. Prior to joining Baird Capital, Jim was with Madison Dearborn Partners, where he focused on early stage venture capital investments in the telecom, media and technology services sectors.
