James O’Connor is a vice president in Callan’s Chicago consulting office. He works with a variety of plan sponsor clients, including corporate and public defined benefit and defined contribution plans. Jim’s experience includes investment manager monitoring and reviews, performance measurement, strategic asset allocation, and service provider benchmarking projects. He is a member of Callan’s Defined Contribution Committee and is a shareholder of the firm. Jim joined Callan in 2010 as an analyst. Prior to his current role, Jim was a specialist in Callan’s Defined Contribution (DC) Consulting group, where he was responsible for supporting Callan’s DC clients and consultants with DC solution
