Jim has more than 25 years of financial experience including over 25 years specialising in tax. He qualified as a solicitor in the tax department of a leading City law firm in 1995 developing a specialisation in funds and investment management taxation. He spent 2 years as a hedge fund tax specialist at PwC before returning to law as a partner at Nabarro. After 10 years he moved to become a partner in global law firm K&L Gates. Jim was an active member of the International Fiscal Association from 2003 and founded a group of independent international tax advisers. Jim has been known throughout his career for giving good technical advice which takes care of the client’s practical needs
