James McCallum is the advisor to the Chief Financial Officer for Sacramento Region Community Foundation, having previously served as CFO since 2005. He has an extensive background in the areas of estate planning, tax, securities, planned giving and insurance. Prior to joining the Foundation, Mr. McCallum was the Director of Finance and Donor Relations for the El Dorado Community Foundation.
