As a co-founder of Napatree Capital, Jim has 30 years of experience in commercial banking and financial services including roles in senior management, sales and relationship management, and commercial and private client lending. Jim is a former Managing Director for SVB Financial Group (Silicon Valley Bank; Nasdaq – SIVB). He was the Northeast Region Manager for SVB’s core commercial banking operation where he oversaw 190 New England and New York-based professionals engaged in lending and commercial bank services for clients in emerging growth technology companies.
