James joined Charter Oak Capital Management in 2022, after spending more than a decade working for Vanguard, one of the largest asset managers in the world. James was drawn to Charter Oak to fulfill his deep desire to help people achieve financial independence and confidence. His aim is to simplify the overly complex financial world by really listening to his clients, understanding not only their financial needs and wants, but also their families’ goals and dreams.
