Jacob D. Smith is a Principal of LKCM. He joined the firm in 2006 and serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for the LKCM Funds. Prior to joining LKCM, Mr. Smith was an enforcement attorney with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and corporate/securities attorney with Haynes and Boone, LLP. Mr. Smith graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Central Arkansas and received his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the Southern Methodist University School of Law.
