Jack Orlan is a former investment analyst at Mack Real Estate Group. Prior to joining Colter Lewis, Mr. Orlan spent several years in commercial real estate, first at Savills, followed by Spring11 and more recently at Mack Real Estate Group. At Mack, Jack was part of the credit strategies team, where he helped execute a variety of commercial real estate debt transactions across all asset types. Prior to Mack, Jack worked for Spring11, a commercial real estate firm servicing some of the world’s largest banks, debt and equity funds, and REITs. During his time at Spring11, Jack assisted in the debt underwriting process for CMBS, portfolio, balance sheet, bridge, mezzanine, and syndication loans.
