Ivan T. Thornton is the Founder and Senior Managing Partner of Fiduciary Management Group, LLC. Prior to launching the firm in 2005, Mr. Thornton spent ten years at Credit Suisse where he was a Vice President and member of the Chairman's Council. Mr. Thornton's 30 year professional career includes more than seven years at Morgan Stanley as Vice President, Private Banker (member of the President's Council), and three years as a Financial Consultant at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Thornton regularly performs asset allocation strategies, manages lump-sum distributions, and counsels wealthy individuals and families on all aspects of financial planning.
