My investment career started in 2014, when I joined Mercer’s Manager Research team as a graduate. As I progressed within the team, my role evolved significantly from providing support to lead researchers to becoming a lead researcher on a number of equity universes. Throughout this role, I had a great opportunity to deepen my knowledge of various equity universes, build and develop strong relationships with asset managers and asset owners, and collaborate with various teams across Mercer. In early 2020, I felt it was a time for new challenge, and decided to join Mercer’s Investment Solutions business, as a member of the equity portfolio management team. In my new role, I have a great oppo
