Ms. Kurrik provides legal counsel to Siguler Guff in connection with fund offerings, governance and regulatory issues, primary and secondary fund investments, direct investments, and co-investments. Ms. Kurrik has worked as a private equity lawyer since 2002 and has advised on a broad range of corporate transactional and private fund matters.
