Igor structures and oversees the deals of the IB department. Since joining Concorde in 2011, he has participated in more than 20 deals involving M&As, restructurings, as well as raising debt and equity financing for leading Ukrainian private and state companies. Igor’s largest deals include a USD 110 mln restructuring of the credit portfolio of a manufacturing firm, the USD 500 mln restructurization of Ukrzaliznytsia Eurobonds, as well as overseeing a share acquisition in the Dobrobut medical clinic network. He previously worked for the EY accounting firm. Igor earned a master’s degree in finance from Kyiv National Economic University.
