At present is Managing Partner at Bulltick Capital Markets LLC, a financial services firm based in Miami, Florida. Since 1986, he had a 20 year ascending career with Casa de Bolsa Probursa, becoming the CEO in 1996. Grupo Financiero Probursa later became Grupo BBVA Bancomer, the largest financial group in Mexico. With BBVA Bancomer Mr. Banuelos was the CEO of BBVA Bancomer Casa de Bolsa (the broker-dealer), CEO of BBVA Bancomer Gestion (the asset management company), Chairman of the Board of the Mutual Funds company, Head of Private Banking and Head of International Banking and the capital markets division. He was also member of BBVA Bancomer Executive Committee.
