Howard is a Managing Partner of Angeles Investment Advisors. He co-founded the firm with Michael Rosen and Leslie Kautz in 2001. Howard is responsible for delivering investment advice to Angeles’ most sophisticated clients including Endowments, Foundations and Private Pension Funds. In addition, he co-manages the firm on a day-to-day basis. He maintains expertise in all facets of the investment process from investment policy development and asset allocation to risk management and manager selection.
