Howard joined Kades Financial, Inc. (KFI) in 1992, after working in corporate finance at General Electric. In 2013 he succeeded his father, Larry, as President of KFI, and in 2014 Howard welcomed Steve Cheifetz as the firm's Vice President. Recognizing their shared, client-focused philosophy and service commitment, in 2016 Howard and Steve evolved KFI to become partners in Kades & Cheifetz LLC.
