Hilton joined Cidel in 1999. He is responsible for leading International Business Development and Marketing and is a member of the management committee. Prior to joining Cidel, Hilton was head of broker distribution for Liberty Life Association of Africa Limited and member of the executive governing body. Hilton qualified from the Institute of Marketing Management in 1984. Hilton is also the past chair of the ethics committee for the Life Underwriters Association of South Africa.
