Mr. Rodriguez joined Greenhill in 2000. Since joining the firm, Hal has served a number of roles in the areas of Finance, Operations, Compliance and Administration and served as our Chief Financial Officer from 2016 to 2023 and Chief Operating Officer from 2012 to 2023. Prior to joining Greenhill, Hal spent 13 years with Silgan Holdings, a major consumer packaging goods manufacturer, where he was VP, Finance and Controller. He began his career with Ernst & Young. Hal holds a BA from the University of Virginia.
