This was a firm he founded in 2003. Alternative Strategies was a firm which represented investment managers and advisory firms in the US and Europe. Prior to 2003, Hal was a First Vice President at Legg Mason and Director of the firm’s Institutional Investment Consulting and WRAP Groups.
