Gustavo De Rosa, a citizen of Argentina, is Vice President for Finance and Administration (VPF) a.i. as of January 1, 2024. He also serves as the IDB’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and General Manager of the Finance Department, positions he has held since February 2015. He is responsible for the mobilization and management of the Bank’s financial resources, including treasury, financial reporting and financial planning. Prior to his role as CFO, he served as IDB Chief Risk Officer since 2011. Before joining the Bank, Mr. De Rosa was Chief Risk and Operating Officer at ING Belgium, S.A., in Madrid.
