Prior to joining Trafalgar, Guilherme was Chief Economist at UBS Brasil and a member of the Economic Committee for Latin America. He served as an economist and strategist for FX and interest at Barclays Bank. Guilherme Loureiro began his career at Tendências Consultoria Econômica, worked for the Economist Intelligence Unit and worked in the Risk area at Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo. He holds a degree in Economics from Ibmec São Paulo and has an extension course in Economics at the University of Chicago.
