I love what I do and I’m grateful for the opportunity to do it. I’m entrepreneurial at heart and enjoy building—frameworks, organizations, cultures—and empowering and connecting people. Through my formal training as a choral and orchestral conductor, I was taught how to dive into the minutiae of the music—it's a place that makes many people crazy (but a place that I enjoy)—and it enabled me the opportunity to be immersed in a piece of music and to see how it was all put together. Once that process of analysis was complete, it required stepping back, creating a vision, and executing on that vision.
