Gregg joined Congress Asset Management in 1986. He has held numerous positions during his time with the firm, in addition to his primary role as Portfolio Manager. Currently, he is a member of the firm's Management Committee, which is responsible for setting strategic direction for the organization. In addition, he is a member of the Investment Oversight Committee, which provides governance and oversight for the company’s investment products. Finally, he chairs the Small Cap Growth Investment Committee and is a member of the Mid Cap Growth Investment Committee. He is a CFA charterholder and member of the CFA Society Boston and the CFA Institute.
