Mr. Gregory Sandukas serves as Managing Director & General Counsel at Spring Mountain Capital. Prior to joining SMC in 2012, he was a Director in the Legal Department at Ramius, an alternative investment management firm, where he served as a senior attorney responsible for structuring and negotiating investment-related transactions and overseeing other corporate matters on behalf of both Ramius and Cowen Group, Ramius' parent company. From 2002 until joining Ramius in 2007, Mr. Sandukas was an associate in the Corporate Department at Cravath, Swaine & Moore.
