He has worked as a Plan Sponsor and a Plan Consultant in both the public and private sectors. In the private sector, Mr. Mykytyn has worked for Fidelity Investments, Milliman and American National Bank of Texas in which he’s educated and consulted Plan Sponsors and plan participants on 401(k)/ESOP/Profit Sharing plans from start-ups to plans with up to $500 million in assets. At American National Bank of Texas, he started their 3(16) Fiduciary practice and grew the assets under management to $60 million in 3 year
