Gordon is on a mission to make impact a fundamental consideration for business. We spend the majority of our time at work and business permeates our social fabric. To resolve social inequality and restore the environment, impact considerations need to move from the periphery to the mainstream of both business strategy and investment philosophy. In early 2020, Gordon began developing an ecosystem to support impact entrepreneurs, inspired founders of start-ups who believe that solving social or environmental problems is equally important to profit. In July, he launched Impact Central, an accelerator supporting impact entrepreneurs. Impact Central achieves success by focusing first on the fo
