Giacomo Liberti is a Managing Director at Lazard, where he co-leads the European Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging Group. He has been with the firm since 2002, providing strategic and financial advice to corporates, financial institutions and investment managers on M&A, distressed M&A and restructuring assignments. His primary focus is on asset-heavy sectors such as commercial real estate, lodging, retail, asset management, credit management/debt purchasing and credit transactions involving Non-Performing Exposures, including portfolio deals and single name/special situations. He also supports the effort of the firm on generalist M&A assignments, both domestic and cross-border.
