Mr. Weaver began his business career in 1956 managing the Virginia Hurst Farm, Triadelphia, WV (1956-1965), and entered the financial services industry thereafter with Bache & Company (Prudential Bache, Prudential Securities), Wheeling, WV, where he progressively achieved the position of Branch Office Manager (1965-1973). In 1973, Mr. Weaver organized a group of investors to acquire Hazlett, Burt & Watson, where he served as President and CEO for 35 years. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Security National Trust Company (SNTC, an affiliate), and as a member of the Board of Directors, and as President of HB&W, Inc.
