Mr. Kern is Managing Director, Regional Director, and Senior Fiduciary Counsel at Bessemer Trust. In this role, he is responsible for Bessemer’s client relationships in Delaware, as well as the management of our Delaware office. In addition, he works with clients and their advisors to develop practical and efficient wealth transfer plans involving Delaware law, and for guiding the firm on fiduciary issues. Prior to joining Bessemer, George served as Fiduciary Manager with J.P. Morgan Trust Company of Delaware. Before that, he was a practicing estates and trusts attorney in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
