George Dorsey has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Edgewood Holdings LLC since founding the firm in 2001. Prior to the formation of Edgewood, Mr. Dorsey served in management roles at Merrill Lynch, Pechiney Ugine Kuhlmann, Associated Metals and Minerals, Aquila Energy, Duke Energy, and other firms active worldwide in chemicals, energy, minerals, and metals. Mr. Dorsey currently serves on the Board of Directors of Westwater LLC, Ocean Solutions LLC, and the Bozeman Film Celebration.
