Gena brings more than 30 years of experience in leadership, organizational alignment and client service to her business development role. Seventeen of those years have been in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Oyster, Gena was a Practice Director and member of the Leadership Team at Rubicon International. Previous to that, she served as Director, Corporate Services and Senior Manager, Corporate Support with Wachovia Securities (now Wells Fargo Advisors).
