Gary is the retired Executive Partner of a major national law firm & is now a Senior Partner with that firm. He practices general & corporate law involving individuals, partnerships, municipal corporations & closely held corporations. He has extensive experience with real estate transactions, M&A, reorganizations, loan agreements & business & tax planning. Among other positions, he has been Chairman of the firm's Community Relations & Political Action Committees. Gary serves on the boards of several companies & has been a Trustee of the Cleveland Bar Association, a Board Member of the Cleveland Orchestra, the Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential Center & Ch
