Garrett Ryan was born and raised in Scottsdale Arizona. He graduated from Columbia University with a degree in 20th Century US History. Garrett has passed the Series 7, 66, and 24 exams. Garrett enjoyed a successful athletic career as a collegiate wrestler during his time at Columbia University. Garrett was named First Team All-Ivy League in four consecutive seasons, he was the EIWA Conference Champion in 2017, and he was a four time NCAA National Championship Tournament Qualifier in the 285 pound division. Garrett continues to train at Arizona State University and competes for the Sunkist Kids Wrestling Club in the 125kg weight class. Garrett placed 5th at the 2019 Senior National Men’s
