Gardner joined Howland Capital in 2005, after working for State Street Global Advisors and State Street Research & Management as Senior Vice President and co-founder of their Sports Group. Gardner earned an A.B. from Harvard College, an MBA from Harvard Business School and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst ® designation. At Howland Capital, Gardner focuses on investment management for high net worth individuals and professionals of all types, including athletes. He is also a member of the CFA Society Boston.
