Fred is the Founder and Managing Director of Old Port Advisors and sets the firm’s strategic direction and guides its overall operations. Fred originally established the firm as Investment Management & Consulting Group in 1994. In addition to oversight, Fred actively works with clients and has primary responsibility for their overall financial planning and portfolio management. He also chairs our Investment Policy Committee where he oversees the firm’s portfolio management services.
