Fred was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario and holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Sciences and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Ontario. He has over 25 years of experience in the full-service investment industry providing investment advice and wealth management services to a wide range of corporate, charitable and individual clients.
