Fraser joined Wealth Enhancement Group in 2021 through the North American Management merger. Before being named Chief Investment Officer at North American Management, he served as Director of Portfolio Management and Asset Allocation. His prior role was at Acadian Asset Management, an institutional investment management firm, where he spent several years on the portfolio management and trading teams.
