Frank serves on Bailard’s fundamental investment committee and on the investment committee for Bailard Wealth Management’s Sustainable, Responsible and Impact Investing group. Prior to joining Bailard, Frank was a partner and senior portfolio manager at Nelson Capital Management. At Nelson, Frank was on the leadership team and investment committee.
