Frank joins Focus Investment Advisors with 31 years of investment experience. He provides an extensive background in tax advantaged and fixed income portfolio management as well as separate accounts. Since 1987, Frank has been a practitioner of Point and Figure charting for Buy and Sell side decisions. He previously was the managing director for Amelio Financial Group. Prior to that he was the lead fixed income portfolio manager with Hochman, Cohen and Torres. Earlier in his career he established himself as a bond coordinator with Morgan Stanley, Salomon Smith Barney and A.G. Edwards & Sons. Frank began his career with Kidder Peabody & Co in 1985.
