François Kayat works on a broad range of financing, restructuring and advisory assignments throughout the firm and is Co-Chair of our Investment Banking in France. He joined Lazard as a Managing Director 2010. He brings 36 years of investment banking experience and has advised numerous companies in a wide range of sectors. He has also been active with our Sovereign advisory team advising governments. Prior to joining Lazard, François was Head of Investment Banking at Credit Agricole CIB. Previously, he chaired the European Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Credit Suisse First Boston. François graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris.
