As Senior Vice President, Francie is responsible for the Foundation’s largest direct investments. She serves as Executive Chair of Paice, LLC and is an advisor to the TRI board and its senior management. From 1987 to 2016, Francie served as the Foundation’s Chief Financial Officer. A summa cum laude graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Certified Public Accountant, Francie held financial positions at KPMG and Black and Decker before joining the Foundation. Francie and her husband live in Baltimore City and are the parents of three adult children.
