Floyd joined PFM Asset Management in 2019 and was the first external hire for the newly created Multi-Asset Strategies Group. As a director in our OCIO business, he works with clients across the country to develop and implement multi-asset class strategies for their portfolios. Prior to joining the firm, Floyd worked as an investment officer where he was the associate portfolio manager for the Global and International Equity strategies.
