As private markets investment director, I lead a team of 15 in managing over $4 billion across private equity, private debt, real assets, private placements, and commercial mortgages. I directly manage the private debt and real assets portfolios, having created and grown the private debt portfolio from scratch. I designed and successfully implemented the firm's co-investment program as well as selected and trained others on the private markets performance and risk management tools used by our firm. Aside from investing, I focus much of my time on motivating and leading my team to act with integrity, practice continuous improvement, and strive to exceed our firm's expectations.
