With over 20 years of experience in the hedge fund industry, I am passionate about developing and nurturing talent at Capula Investment Management LLP, where I have been the Head of Talent Development since January 2022. In this role, I help managing our Multi Strategy fund. I leverage my extensive knowledge and skills and network in hedge funds, and relative value strategies, which I acquired and honed as a Partner at Falcon Money Management and a Strategy Head at UBP, to ensure that our talent development strategies align with our business goals and values.
