Erika B. Rudin-Luria is president of the Jewish Federation of Cleveland and only the fifth person to serve in this role in the Federation’s nearly 120-year history. Prior to being appointed to this role in 2019, Erika served as the organization’s senior vice president and chief strategy officer, in which she was responsible for the Federation’s strategic planning, community development, allocations, governance, and marketing functions. In this capacity, Erika helped the organization identify and address a wide range of established and emerging community needs. She first joined Cleveland’s Federation in 2001.
