Eric B. Hantman is a Managing Director at CSM Capital Corporation. Eric’s responsibilities include development of the firm’s investment offering, portfolio implementation, and overseeing client relationships. He is also a member of CSM Capital’s Investment Committee. In addition, Eric is responsible for manager selection, due diligence and oversight of real estate strategies, including the First Neck Self-Storage Fund, a private equity vehicle created by CSM Capital focused on acquiring self storage facilities across the U.S.
