ERIC DILLON is Silver Creek’s Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Dillon oversees all investing and non-investing activities at Silver Creek. Along with Mr. Matter, he is responsible for all investment research activities, manager sourcing, portfolio construction and portfolio risk management. In conjunction with these responsibilities, Mr. Dillon sits on numerous advisory boards of Silver Creek portfolio investments. Mr. Dillon has been involved in the investment industry since 1982 when he started his career as a stock broker at Drexel Burnham Lambert.
